La Crema
Crema con il 53% di Nocciole del Piemonte, zucchero di canna, cioccolato LIM Jembrana 76% (fave di cacao, zucchero di canna, burro di cacao), nibs di fave di cacao Jembrana. La crema si presenta consistente a temperature inferiori a 18-20°C, è vellutata e sprigiona intenso aroma di nocciole, in contrasto con la croccantezza e la leggera amarezza delle fave tostate.

Conservazione ideale: 18°C, al buio
Un eventuale affioramento dei grassi è da considerarsi normale in quanto non è presente alcun emulsionante, e non influisce sulla qualità del prodotto. Una volta aperta, conservare in frigorifero.

The Cream
Cream with 53% Piedmont Hazelnuts, cane sugar, LIM Jembrana chocolate 76% (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter), Jembrana cocoa beans nibs. The cream is firm at temperatures below 18-20°C, it is velvety and releases an intense hazelnut aroma, in contrast with the crunchiness and slight bitterness of the toasted beans.

Storage
Ideal storage temperature: 18°C, in the darkness.
An eventual fat separation is to be considered normal as there are no emulsifiers present, and it does not affect the quality of the product. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
